What is Deep Tissue Massage?
Deep Tissue Massage uses slower, firmer pressure to work into areas of persistent tightness, such as the back, shoulders and neck. It's designed for people who carry tension from long working days, travel or training, and who prefer a stronger massage. Your therapist will check in on pressure throughout. Choose a session from 30 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes.
