Gentle, rhythmic and very different from a deep massage. What lymphatic massage is and how it feels.

Lymphatic massage is often misunderstood. It isn't about deep pressure. It uses light, rhythmic, repetitive strokes.

What is it designed to do?

The technique is designed to support the natural movement of lymph, the fluid that travels through your lymphatic system. Many people also choose it simply because it feels gentle and restorative.

How does it feel?

Expect a soft, slow, rhythmic touch. Some people find it so calming they drift off.

Before you book

If you're recovering from surgery, are pregnant or have a medical condition, please tell us when you book. Suitability should be assessed, and in some cases we may ask for guidance from your doctor.
